Gifts are wrapped in our brightly colored tissue paper and a kraft box, and finished off with a beautiful ribbon. Your gift message is hand written on a Hopscotch Kids gift card and tucked inside the gift box. Gift boxes are then shipped in a larger box to protect your gift packaging during shipment. The cost for our gift wrap service is $4.99.We can also personalize any order to suit your needs, just contact us with your request. Make sure that you include your contact phone number and email for any questions we may have. If your package is a gift but you do not wish to purchase gift packaging, you can send a complimentary gift message that will be printed on the packing list that is included with each order. Prices are never printed on packing lists so these also serve as gift receipts. ShippingWe currently ship to the 50 USA states. We can ship internationally, however please contact us with this request. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.Shipping Costs

Be sure to state reason for return, action to be taken (credit or replacement) and place everything in one box and return it to us.For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Hopscotch Kids is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Once the original item(s) are received at Hopscotch Kids, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Hopscotch Kids to refund your credit card upon receipt.
