Q: How do I get the best finish with Hopscotch Kids WaterColors nail polish?

A: In order to make your little ones tips and toes as adorable as can be, we recommend these simple steps to help our vibrant polishes stay on from playtime to bedtime and back again.
  1. Remove any existing nail polish.
  2. Wash hands to rinse remover residue.
  3. Apply 1-2 coats of polish. Allow about three minutes of dry time between coats.
  4. Finish with one of our top coats for a high gloss shine.
Hopscotch Kids WaterColors: Please remember, this is a water-based nail product. While it dries to the touch in minutes, it needs a few hours to cure fully prior to prolonged exposure to water. We encourage painting tips and toes before your little ones hit the sack. While they are having sweet dreams, our polishes are curing to perfection overnight. If that’s not an option a warm blast from the hair dryer for a few minutes will do the trick.

Q: What if the product I want is on backorder?

A: We will inform you as soon as possible, by e-mail, where an item is out of stock, and you can then choose an alternative item or decide if you wish to proceed with your order.

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?

A: Absolutely. As always, we strive to be as eco friendly as possible at Hopscotch Kids. Our gift packaging includes a recycled material kraft box and eco friendly brightly colored tissue paper. The box is finished off with a beautiful ribbon and a handwritten note card. Gift boxes are then shipped in a larger box to protect your gift packaging during shipment. Gift wrapping is an additional $4.99.

We can also personalize any order to suit your needs, just contact us with your request. Please include your email and phone number so we can get back to you promptly.

If your package is a gift but you do not wish to purchase gift packaging, you can send a complimentary gift message that will be printed on the packing list. Prices are never printed on packing lists so these also serve as gift receipts.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We stand behind our products at Hopscotch Kids. We are confident you will enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied with our products you may return the product to Hopscotch Kids for a refund. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items not returnable/exchangeable are marked as such on each product page of our website. Gifts purchased from the HopscotchKids.com are eligible for exchanges or for a credit on the Hopscotch Kids website. Q: How do I return a product?

A: Please send the product to us within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Please include the following information about yourself: name, address, phone number, and email address. Be sure to state reason for return, action to be taken (credit or replacement) and place everything in one box and return it to us.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Hopscotch Kids is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the original item(s) are received at Hopscotch Kids, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Hopscotch Kids to refund your credit card upon receipt.
