We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all in stock purchases.

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge.

Returns gladly accepted with receipt and tags within 14 days for in-store credit only. Final sale on all sale items and special orders. Gift returns must have original or gift receipt in order to return for in store credit. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds.
Hopscotch Kids does not do price adjustments. Returns of $500 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be notified via email when we receive your return.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip and email
hopscotchkidsbend@gmail.com with your order # and return request. Include this form in your return package. Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.

Domestic shipping is free for orders over $100.
